CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a GHRH (growth hormone–releasing hormone) analog, while Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. Both stimulate the pulsatile release of growth hormone (GH) from the pituitary gland. Clinical studies published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism have shown that GHRH analogs like CJC-1295 can significantly increase GH and IGF-1 levels. Ipamorelin has been studied for its ability to stimulate GH release with comparatively lower effects on cortisol and prolactin. The combination is investigated for potential benefits in muscle recovery, body composition, and sleep quality, although clinical use remains limited and subject to regulatory considerations.
